Heart of the Forest have started a weekly maths challenge to embed the maths skills learnt throughout the curriculum. There will be a different challenge a week that is accessible to the whole school and at the end of term there will be an overall winning class. We started off the competition with a ‘tallest tower made from spaghetti and cheerios’, this was a success and was amazing to see the school get involved to use their maths knowledge. The winning tower was 65cm tall!
